Join us as a Nordaurai Wellbeing Player and get closer to what you need
A company invests €50,000 in wellbeing and organizational development.
Participation is low. Engagement is weak.
The outcome? Minimal behavioral change.
Then, the same company spends another €5,000–€10,000 searching for a new solution.
The hidden cost:
Wasted budget and time
Initiative fatigue
Growing burnout
Nordaurai is built on one principle:
People change through experience, not lecture style wellbeing sessions.
Session + Science + Play + Reflection = Real Engagement
"More Revenue?" Yes. Here's the math.

Cases
Case Study 2: Psyon Games
Case 2:Nordic Game
Participants came from different organizations and were meeting for the first time. Despite this, Nordaurai's games helped establish psychological safety quickly, and participants were open and fully engaged throughout the sessions. This showed that even among strangers, a well-designed gamified format can create trust and openness faster than traditional icebreakers or lectures. "Very good tools to start conversations and self reflection, especially in a group".
In this pilot session, Psyon Games ran a team engagement session with Nordaurai. With the Self-Compassion game, participants found real value in opening up to each other. With the Guess the Emotions game, the team identified who tends to feel a certain way under certain circumstances, insight that will help them navigate future situations as a team.

Our Story
Nordaurai was founded with the deep passion and vision of our founder, Angela Boyajian Adjounian, who spent years in the corporate world and saw how wellbeing trainings are passive and fail to reach everyone.
Finland, holder of the "Happiest Country in the World" title nine years in a row, caught her attention. What makes Finland different? That question took her to the University of Helsinki, where she conducted research on occupational wellbeing and validated her approach with businesses and organisations in Finland and the UAE.
The answer of her validation and study at the University of Helsinki became 14 original games grounded in the science of positive psychology.
In today's era, where attention spans are limited and anxiety is widespread, it's not easy to invite everyone to speak out. The nature of the female brain allows women to talk about emotions more easily. However, biologically, men are wired differently. Taking into account these differences, along with the stigma around mental health, she founded Nordaurai and validated her approach both in Finland and the UAE.
With 14 games and 6 sessions, Nordaurai lowers the threshold to speak up in a fun and engaging way. These games and sessions help players gain the communication and emotional processing tools needed for the regular stressful work day preventing burnout and increasing motivation.
“Nordaurai is fully self-funded. This is what a young female founder's vision and self-confidence looks like. This is not just my story. It is the story of every woman who trusted herself and executed with confidence. Nordaurai started with only my vision and now it has a team and it's growing’’.

The program consists of 6 sessions, each facilitated by our licensed facilitator. Each session is structured around 70% original board game or digital game play, and 30% biology and group conversation. Your company receives an animated report of the team's wellbeing profile and behavior change through the game, all fully anonymized.
-
Through the game, participants become active engagers. They think, reflect, feel, and eventually change behavior through doing and playing, not through listening.(A meta-analysis of experiential learning programs found they significantly improved both empathy and subjective wellbeing compared to non-experiential formats, supporting why active, play-based engagement drives real behavior change)
-
Yes, the program is developed with academic endorsement. All games and the program is grounded in the science of positive psychology
-
Sessions take place at your office, or if that is not available, at one of Nordaurai's partner venues.
-
The program is available in English, Swedish and Finnish. Soon Arabic will be added
-
It is not a single workshop, it is a program. Each session runs 2.5 to 3 hours, and the full program consists of 6 sessions. We work in a long term format because it delivers stronger, more lasting results than a one-time session.
-
The program works with groups of up to 15 participants. During the game, the group is divided into tiny groups of 5, 5 and 5. This keeps engagement high and gives every participant space to be heard.

Not yet, this will be available soon.
